It could be anything above.
But in my case I need at least 9 hours sleep a day. If I go to sleep before 10 and get up around 7 in the morning, I feel very fresh. (Otherwise, I also feel tired like you.) I have heard that some people wants to sleep like this and it is normal. Try sleeping until you feel comfortable to wake up and not using an alarm clock or some one else to wake you up.
If this doesn't work, it seems it is not normal & may be better discuss this with a doctor.

You are probably over sleeping. Or it could be that you are tossing and turning all night causing your body to not get enough sleep. It could also be that you are not getting enough sleep. Each individual needs a different amount of sleep depending on the person's activity level. Try getting 6 or 7 hours of sleep. If you are still feeling tired then try to get 9 - 10 hours of sleep. If you are still tired after trying both of those options then you should try talking to your doctor and maybe he/she can come up with a solution to help you out. Good luck.

Do you sleep alone? I wondered if you snored???
How long has this been going on? Are you depressed or worried?
If not, have you considered you may have Sleep Apnea?
This is where You sleep at night and you stop breathing several
times a night. If you are so tired your close to falling asleep at
the wheel while driving, I would suggest a Sleep Center -
I go to Crossroads Sleep Center, there they will hook you up to
some machines & monitor you the whole night.
I have Obstructive Sleep Apnea - I stop breathing 23.7 times an
hour. The air when you breath is obstructed & if wakes you up -
you feel tired and not rested.
I know - I had one done in May & I sleep with a CPAP macine
that helps me sleep at night and now I am well rested!
So check into it. You could be in the same boat as me.

I think a lot of it has to do with what is going on in your life. I sleep for roughly 8 hours and I usually wake up tired too, but then other times I sleep for 6 and feel fine... My boyfriend sleeps about 10 hours and feels that at times he still needs more sleep.
If you're really concerned about it, talk to your doctor.

You may not be getting a restful sleep. It's possible that you could have sleep apnea where you actually stop breathing for short periods. This can happen many times during the night and you don't even realize it's happening. I suggest you talk to your doctor. He may order a sleep test at a sleep clinic. Good luck!

That means you are getting too much sleep. You are over tired. Try 7 hours or 6 and see how you feel.

Could be mononucleosis. If you have a sore throat, you should get a blood test.If it persists, you might still need a blood test to rule out anemia or a thyroid problem.Or,you could just be one of those people that need nine hours to feel your best.I have a friend like that.Myself,if I get six hours,I'm good to go.

you may not be getting a "good" nights sleep. i recently was sent for a sleep study and was diagnosed with apnea, a condition that prevents a peaceful and proper nights rest. you should discuss this possibility with your doctor. the treatment i am receiving is amazing. i sleep soundly and wake up rested now.
