I will have this dilemma next week.
I already used "I'm taking medicine" and "I don't feel good" so these people are suspicious.

I meant I will have the dilemma tomorrow. I already wrote about it in the post "Is it ok to tell co-workers that I'm pregnant before my boss?"
Because thats one of my solutions - it's a work happy hour I have to go to.

Simply say that you have somewhere to go after the Happy hour and don't want to drink and drive. Most people will not persuade you to drink and drive. So that is always a good excuse.

"I'm on a diet"
That one has to work...and looks especially truthful if you're trying to eat more healthy for the baby.
