i need to kno what cellular respiration is, endergonic and exergonic reactions, what is ATP and ADP, how the cell makes its energy (breaking down glucose...thats all i know so far), anaerbic and aerbic process, also the different types of cellular respiration, and whats lactic acid.....please keep it simple...THANKS A LOT!!!

ATP is adenosine triphosphate, the end link to energy. ADP is adenosine di phosphate, the byproduct of energy release. Breaking down sugar to ATP is a 22 step (I think) process. Unless you are in a college level physiology class, that should be enough.

our sewage tank has an anaerobic process. those cellular organisms dont need air to break down all that poo. and when i exercise, i get burn in my muscles because of all the lactic acid being produced in there.
