A small floral arrangement made up of fall-related flowers and colors. Mums would be nice. Or the flowers could be natural but that dried kind. Little gourds or pumpkins or fruits or those miniature cobs of Indian corn would also add to the mix. Maybe use a cornucopia, maybe not. You might also want to use those miniature silk maple leaves they sell this time of year.

Go to your local area garden store suh as Garden Ridge pottery and get some orange and beige and brown candles. Get some strings of foliage with orange,brown,green, and beige leaves. Wrap the strings of foliage around the candles after you have arranged the candles in a center place on the table. It will be beautiful.

a few years ago I collected fall colored leaves and then laminated them on 8 1/2 x 11 pieces of plastic, wrote everyones name on them so they all had their own personalized one, it was real pretty and I got lots of compliments on them, I know its not a center piece, but its kinda a cool idea for the whole table decoration

How about a nice, dead, properly cooked turkey with oyster stuffing? Maybe with an apple stuffed in it's pie hole?

get 2 pretty glass bowls of different sizes...
( you can get really nice ones in the candle section of a department store..walmart..or target)
colored is nice...to match your decor....
stack the bowls one inside the other.
.in the bigger outer bowl...float seasonal flowers in water..
.in the center bowl...float candles in water..
.its pretty...simple...and affordable
