It's for my sister. She needs one way travel from Norfolk, VA or Earl, NJ. She's in the Navy.

Is there any way to get deposit waived or something on a debit card?

I'd hate to tell you this but that's usually the case...You need to be 25+ w/ credit or put down a HUGE deposit or you may see a place where you can get a car for dirt cheap but it may not be for ONE WAY travels or may not be in good condition for that type of travel.

I don't know where you are but there is a place in Nashville on Clarksville Hwy. I am sorry but I don't know the name of the place nor the address. It is before you get to W. Hamilton.
