Swift, JB, they're all the same. See if in the area where you live you can find a medium company 80-200 trucks. Your going to feel like a number and you will not have one dispatcher to establish a relationship with. It does count if you call and the dispatcher recognizes your voice.

Swift is ok but if you live in MICHIGAN you wont be able to run local (no open positions)closest you will get is a REGIONAL OUT OF [ COLUMBUS,OHIO. ] And plan on getting home once every 10-14 days out .UNLESS YOU BANK YOUR OFF DAYS .AND AGAIN IF YOU LIVE IN MICHIGAN YOU WILL HAVE TO LET THEM KNOW WHEN YOU WANT TO BE ROUTED HOME TO USE YOUR DAYS OFF. OF COURSE THERE IS THE DCX FREIGHT THAT RUNS DAILY TO CANADA AND BACK YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET THAT IF YOU LIVE IN MICHIGAN .
