axis- Italy, Japan and Germany
Allies- U.S., France, G.B. (Russia was there at one point, but then left)

Axis Powers comprised of Germany, Italy and Japan (the 3 major countries).
The Allied Forces comprised of United States, United Kingdom and the Soviet Union (the Big 3) the original Allies were: Poland, France and United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Well though a German might take a different view on the subject. I think the Allies were Great Britian, America as of december 7,1942, russia, france, I think Germanies only allie was Japan. They could have been allies with Russia, then they chose not to. Russia was a thorn in the side of the Allied powers until germany attacked them. England as well as most of the rest of the world was against Germany. Japan was kinda stuck in a bad spot once they attached themselves to Germany. Don't get me wrong it was a war, and most of us know the saying, war is h&*#.

Austria was annexed by germany so Austria before WW II started didn't exist. Albania was conquered by the italians in April 7 1939 before WW II officially started so Albanian didn't exist as an independent country when WW II started. Croatia and Serbia were the same thing during WW II. Both were part of Yugoslavia and both were conquered by the Germans so Croatia couldn't have helped the Germans and Serbia the Americans. Where do you even get this stupid ideas lol.

Good answer Kevin....but also fighting the axis side were Romania and Yugoslavia and Finland. Actually fighting on the allied side was Brazil (naval patrols of Southern Atlantic trade routes) and 1 squadron of the Mexican Air Force.

The allies ran thru beating those DAMN GERMANS!!! hahaha actually i just read a book about world war two, about a little jewish girl, but im not an expert. all i know is that the allies were the "good guys" to the jews and they defeated the germans
