I've been dating a man for over 1 mth now and he had recently left his wife. What are the 'chances' of him actually going back to his 'wife' even though he stated he wouldn't.. He has mentioned to me that 'he loves me' .. He's 38, and i'm 31 on Halloween..

It depends why did he leave her? You dont give much detail.Suppose she rectifies the reason he left her? Then he may go back do they have children? there is so much you havent said.

Happy Birthday! Chances are slim to none, sorry. And if he does leave her, or even get a divorce, will you ever trust him? Not always a cheater but 90% chance, At his age you would think that he would have enough character to be a real man and husband to his wife or leave her, not to hurt her so. And, come on, we females need to support each other, life is rough enough, to try to steal another's husband is not what life should be about. Maybe you should be the adult and do the responsible thing. How are you going to feel if he does it to you, how are you going to feel if he goes back? How are you going to feel if you end up having to share him? Think he'll shower in between you two? Gee men have it good don't they.

9 out of 10 goes back to their wife cause they don't want to pay child support or alimony . I see it happen all the time. First why did he leave his wife and are you sure he won't do it to you.. My mother-in-law was dating a married man and i keep telling her that he isn't leaving his wife. But she said he is. But he didn't it took her a year to realize that he wasn't leaving his wife. Even though he said he was. He was lieing to her all the way.

1 mth and he's in love with you... NO! your making him feel things he was not feeling with his wife. If she see's that and can show him some of the fun and romance they once had he's gone

Be careful! The odds are that he will go back to her before he gets divorced from her.....and where does that leave you , if he does? There's an even bigger chance he will, if divorce proceedings haven't even been started. Best of luck!

I wouldn't get too attached to him. No offense but you are pretty much a rebound. He may say he loves you but I'm pretty sure his heart still belongs to his wife. Good luck.

I don't think anyone could say that they are in love with someone after a months time...I wouldn't trust it, sounds like he is just telling you what he thinks you want to hear to get what he wants from you.

Until he divorces his wife, I say the chances are pretty good. Dont take his word on it, say you want proof.

I would put money on him being gone once he is divorced. He is more than likely using you to keep himself away from his wife.

Until he's divorced and you've seen the papers, you're playing second fiddle. He can talk all he wants - actions speak louder than words.
