u can work anywhere even a store like i dont know abercrombie or something u can work anywhere i guess...good luck finding a job cya

Yes provided your willing to get dirty. I started working at 14 as a dishwasher in a small restaurant - very grimy. But I was able to fit it in and around school and earn enough to help out my mom, pay for my own clothes, books, and entertainment.
Most fast food restaurants will hire fourteen year olds as will any store with evening and weekend hours.
You won't likely get a job as a waitress (table waiting) yet, that takes some experience. And no respectable restaurant manager should be putting an inexperienced fourteen year old out there.
Kudos to you for applying yourself though! I completely commend any teen willing to earn their own cash! Don't let it interfere with your school work and you are on the road to bigger and better stuff!
Check your local newspaper, take copies of your resume around to all the stores in your local mall, be prepared to do the footwork, and don't slack off.

The laws governing labour of minors are extremely strict about under-18s and much stricter on under 16s. I strongly doubt that any restaurant will employ you as you are not old enough to serve alcohol, you may find that a cafe is willing to employ you but not as a cook or a waitress and probably only as a Saturday worker. Traditionally under 16s have done things like paper or milk rounds or babysitting, have you considered these?

Possibly in the Kitchen, most likely washing up. Check the local papers or your local job centre on-line.

If you're 14, obviously you think you need a job, but you don't. And I doubt anyone is going to hire a 14 year old.

its hard to come by work at 14. ur still considerd younge even tho its the last thing you want to hear. employers are just prone to hiring people with work experience. that way they can train you less and you can work more. start asking around.look in the paper. its different in every town
