Wackos are that way because they have been mistreated and abused. That does not give them an excuse for mistreating other people.... but they aren't smart enough to figure out how to stop the pattern, and so they pass it on.

There just are, usually it all grinds down to influence, if their parents were a bad example(not telling them right from wrong, not being there etc.) they will most likely turn out bad or wacko. (not true in all cases, some people see it as a sign to not become what their parents did) Influence of friends, tv and religion could also have the same effect.

The study of wackos falls under deviant psychology. The incidence of wackos could be partly explained by chaos theory, genetics, and social psychology as well.
There aren't really as many wackos as you might perceive; the wackos tend to stand out like sore thumbs. They are even more interesting than "normal" people, partly by their very definition.

wackos? everyones different. we're suppose to be like that. we should act uncivil but you have to be accepting of others actions sometimes becasue theres nothing you can do to stop them
