There's always the possibility you could be pregnant. I was on the birth control pill, but also taking another medication at the time, and I became pregnant myself. If you missed a few too, you never know.
So some of the symptoms I had that I realized I was pregnant- which were right away- my nose was super stuffy- like I had a cold. I thought I was getting the flu as well, because I was very nauseous and had stomach pains. Also, this happens when you are on your period sometimes, but my breasts were very very sensitive.
Something weird I did- I saw Folic Acid at the store, and I bought some along with a pregnancy test... it was like I knew- had that feeling that i was pregnant. And when I took the test, I was! Try to see if your tummy feels hard as well... it may not happen at first, but that's something else that happens when you are pregnant.
Hope this helps... but if nothing happens, I'd take a test soon! Goodluck either way! It really is a blessing if you are, lot's and lot's of work, but amazing :)

The pill is 99.97% effective.
However, when you change the time you take your pill, it takes about 2 weeks to become as effective again. If you had sex during this time there is a chance the effectiveness was lowered. However, your late period could just be caused by the stress of fasting on your body.
Please see a doctor. A quick blood test will clear it all up within minutes.

This sort of changing the way you take birth control pills is the leading cause of so called "pill babies." Yes you can get pregnant from this. If you think you might be get a pregnancy test about a week after your period is late. Then get checked by a doctor if the home test is positive.
In the future take your birth control regularly or don't have intercourse.

it may be possiable but you can make yourself belive you are pregant. and by that i mean if you strongly belive you are then you may have symptoms: ex: morning sickness. I wouldn't worry about it right now. I have not had a period in over 2 months. i have taken several tests and they all say neg. me and my husband have be trying to have a baby for the last 5 years. and still nothing.

They have new tests out that would beable to tell something Also you could be over thinking it and stressing yourself out that can delay your Period also.
