You can't increase it. If you have 256, u'll still have 256 no matter what u do

I suggest that you defragment your system (All Programs => Accessories => System Tools => Defragment your system/analyse your system). If you've never done this before it could take a long time. It should free up a little space on your computer. You can also remove programs that you don't use that often, or trim your start up database. Start with the defrag, though. That's the easiest. Then, consider removing programs.

Erase innecesary files... or compress existing ones. Or buy storage online. Or buy an external hard disk.

Delete the things that are taking up space, or if you want them anyway, e-mail them to yourself, delete the ones on the comp. and save those documents to a differant computer.

theres actually a lot you can do. first off defragment then use your disk clean up (located in the same place) when all else fails compress files you rarely use.
