hmmmm...thats a tough question, I would try to sit down with him and give suggestions on how the company could run smoother if he was to listen to what the employees have to say. No worries about this "worse employee" if given enough rope they will hang themselves. The new boss will become aware adventually.

It doesn't matter... he's the boss. If you want to work there, be as supportive as possible. He may suck at this job in your opinion, but he evidently has enough money to buy the company. You have to wonder if he comes from money or he's made his own money... but it doesn't matter. Bottom line: Give him some time... if he's going to manage a profitable company, he'll have to hire the right people or do it himself.

You gotta suck it up. Be honest with him, though. Tell him like "Look, my friend, Im happy you are the new boss, but I would highly recommend doing these things to keep us going. Do this and That. It would really make us look good."

make suggestions for improvement. do it in a way that is not offensive, and if he takes offense to possibly positive change, look elsewhere for a job.
