okay I like this guy named Conner and I can't tell wheather he likes me or not...He stares at me alot and he kinda flirts but I can't tell he can be mean.....plus my sister is BEST friends with his sister...I don't know we have tried it once before but it kinda didn't work because we were forced together...but now I really really like him and I am not sure how to win him over....I am so worried because I don't wanna be rejected...I live in a small town and things get around fast...

Why don't you talk to him and just tell him how you feel? For me, I sometimes don't make a move because I am nervous, even if I like the person.
