well, first you change the + to a minus and you make the negative a positive, so its 14b-21b+37b. then you do simple addition/subtraction. your answer should be 30b. :) PS. im not too good at math, so if thats wrong, please dont kill me!!

so add the 2 plus signs14b+37b=+51b
than u take the minus sign-21b from the +51b=30b
