Try Holding the Control - Alt and Up Arrow keys at the same time. Email me if this works and you want to know more about it.

On my laptop (Windows XP) there is a setting that you can flip the screen around. Who knows why there's a setting like this, but this is how to fix it:

Right Click Desktop
Click Properties
Click the Settings tab
Then click the advanced button (bottom right corner)
A new window should appear with many tabs
Select the tab that says Rotation
Then select Standard landscape (you are probably on Rotate 180 degrees.

You screen will go blank then it will re-appear and it should be back to normal.
If you didn't see the Rotation Tab search around those tabs to see if you can find any others settings that look like they would change the rotation of your screen

Hope that helps
- Peace

yeah!! i can do that on mine too just press alt & the triangle of arrows next to your ctrl & your 0 ins key (down up, left & right arrows) things should short themselves out immediately if you do that.

do you want to know why that happened?

that setting is put there because there are some people that see things funny, like they can only write at odd angles on the page from what we're familiar with, likewise some people actually read with the book sideways or upside down. Therefore the good people at microsoft made keys that are compatible with these guys. But ufnortunately these computers can confuse many people who don't need this function too.

You might have rotated the screen 180 degree?
Do a right click on your desktop and select properties. This will bring up the properties of your video graphic card. Look for a Tab or Slection for Rotatiion. You need to rotate it 180 degree to the either right or left and this should fix it.

Just turn the laptop upside down.

Actually my son said you hit a projector key and he can't think of the key to hit to correct it. Look up your instruction manual on line.

if it has always done this than the screen is probably upside down if not then take the screen out and turn it so it is right-side up.

Usually holding the crtl+alt + up arrow will flip the screen. (Some use crtl+arrow instead.) If that does not work, consider standing on you head...

right click desktop, screen display (or something like that) and it will say something like like normal, 90 degrees, 270 degrees, etc. Click on normal.
