How do I remove the front panel of a Hotpoint/GE Washing machine?

This is a top loading machine. I need to get access to the belt.

Push a putty knife in at the top of the front panel approx. 3" from each end to release the clips and it will swing forward and unhook from the clips at the bottom.

Hi, there are 2 screws at the bottom of the panel, near the floor ( I know, I missed them too the first time I repaired my washer)

she's right, the back of the panel is another color, black, white almond, bottom panel too!
