well, have you ever attended school and been a parent at the same time? life gets expensive... there is nothing wrong with helping people who are helping themselves... really i think the politicians who give themselves enormous pay raises and then cut everybody's retirement benefits are a larger threat. now how sick is this? what would it be like for you knowing the kid next door has no heat no food and is about to be evicted? it would be unrealistic because it is for children, not adults..many children, uncountable amounts, would get the bad end of your proposed idea. also, i think drug testing should be implemented since you brought it up....just an answer, lol....of course i have met people with no self control, it would not matter to them so their children would suffer too...things should be left as they are or they will get worse.

I would say no,this is because men and women divorce all the time and then some are forced to go on welfare because they for some god forsaken reason depended completely on their husbands and dont think that it is possible that, that mother Phucker might possibly part from you and not take care of his responsibilities as a father. This is along the same ideas as what you asked. You cannot choose someone elses right to give or end birth, no matter how much you really think you are largely affected by it tax wise, which you are not. The government and Republicans have a way of persuading you and they usually are correct by assuming that just because they say it that means you will believe it.!!!!

I think that the welfare system should have it set up where they give a limit on how much they will pay out every month,So no matter how many kids they have they know they won't get an increase if they just keep having babies. There are a lot of women who will keep having kids because they know they will get more assistance. They should also check on these homes unannounced to make sure the only people in the home are the ones on their files,Instead of paying for these daddy's who are living with these moms and not being claimed.

I don't think so, but I do think that they should be made to get off of Welfare very quickly.

We have unbelievable amounts of money set aside for grants and loans. I think that they should get enough help to make it through some kind of schooling so that they can get out, get a job, and get off Welfare.

I understand people needing help for a while, but some of these people stay on Welfare their whole lives. That's abusive to the tax payers.

I say let them pick a course at the community college, give 'em a loan or even a grant and help for about a month after they graduate. If they fail or drop out they loose everything, including the opportunity to ever use the system again.

If they keep popping out babies just to be able to get it then yes.

But there are people in a very temporary situation and I don't think they should have to. My husband got hurt at work - Workman's Comp didn't pick him up for a year later and county disability is a joke. We had no choice, we were on it for 5 months. Not all people on it are taking advantage of the help. But I know quite a few who are and that I don't think is fair.

Believe me - as one in "the system" - (working!!) - it's often suggested. Some people should NOT be parents.
It's not fair to the children OR the taxpayers.
To force birth control on an individual is a violation of their Human Rights - although I think a line should be drawn somewhere - but where? And 'round and 'round we go. Child abusers and molesters cannot be FORCED...
This is not, nor must it ever be, akin to Hitler's Germany.

The right to life supporters would buy off the lawmakers so this could never happen...

Why don't we just total up all the jobs...
then total up all the people capable of working...
match up the difference...
... and off all the rest Hitler style... ?

Think of how quickly Social Security will be fixed...

Or maybe sterilize the elite and ultra-rich instead... wouldn't that free up the bottleneck to the wealth ?

Oh yeah... because it's illegal...

I was under the impression that Welfare recipients are only allowed a certain amount of time to collect and then they must get a job...the checks stop. Welfare is now a temporary help.

Hmm I wouldn't go to that extreme, but they should definitely have to do a course or something when they do want a child, and yeah at least one of them should have a job. Maybe instead of surgically stopping them, the woman (cos its the woman who's gonna end up with it) should have either the rod in her arm or that new thing they put in a uterus that lasts five years. If they cant get their **** together in that much time they never will.

no, yet they could desire to be court order to no longer be pregnant. Tying the tubes could be too intense priced. i've got seen this ensue in the previous. the girls persons with 5 distinctive looking infants walks into the food market and could pay her nutrition together with her welfare verify and drives away in a clean ford time out. i comprehend this one couple although with 2 infants from a similar father and the different extra yet another. She gets 500 money a month for nutrition from welfare, even although her husband secretively has a job and he makes stable money. i think of those human beings could desire to get a Maury strategies verify. it is incorrect to fasten those adult adult males down with infants. i think of that the state could desire to help them get their lasy butts right into a job and help pay for daycare. What handed off to treating human beings the two?? it is unhappy to make certain that those human beings are on welfare, yet they have the nicest footwear and garments. unusual...huh.
