What is the necklace and ring technique for finding the babys gender?

You put a pendant on a chain or something and see which way it goes either circular or side to side, Whats it called and what does it mean? Mine was circular. How does it work?

I can ask what I want. I am an adult and pay my internet bill. I am entitled to ask what I want.

circular is a girl and side to side is a boy. My family has used this method for generations and it hasn't been wrong yet. If yours was circular then it is a girl. Congrads and good luck.

I did this too, mine went both circular then back and forth. IIn a circle it's a girl, back and forth it's a boy. t's all fun, but it really doesn't say anything. My friend was trying to tell me that draino and urine dumped in the toilet together would tell me if it was a girl (if it turned blue.) I didn't bother. I am going to have another ultrasound in a month so I'll know the gender then.

Well it isn't accurate anyway. It is just a wives-tale. Along with "if you're carrying high its a girl, low its a boy." But until you are big enough to carry high or low you will have your 20 week ultrasound and have the gender determined if you so choose.

I had heard you put your wedding ring on a string and hold it over your belly. Whether it spins or swings determines the sex (dunno which is which). But, like everyone else said.... just an old wives tale.
