Just make sure the wound doesn't get infected, by applying an antibiotic cream to it. If you can, spray some raid lightly on the vent everyday, until you feel they won't be coming out of the vent anymore.

Big and brown aren't much of a description to go on. You should have saved that spider than asked a doctor, or actually, talk to a doctor about the symptoms you experienced and described the spider, if you are not dead yet, don't worry, it was probably just an allergic reaction the the venom.(most spiders have venom, but usually it's not poisonous enough to harm a human) If you ever seen another one, trap it and take it to your doctor, they should know what type it is, if not they will probably have a reference manual. The only brown venomous spider I can think of is the brown recluse, get to a doctor ASAP to confirm.

GO TO A DOCTOR! Im not sure what kind of spider it could be, it could be a Brown Recluse for all we know. If you have a bite on your neck, you NEED to see a doctor about it and see if it was a lethal bite.

Could have been a brown recluse. You can get very sick from their bites. Go to a dr asap and have it checked out. You may need antibiotics. You dont want to risk the area around the bite rotting.
