The square root of 4 = 2. The square root of 625 = 25. Answer: 2/25

There are a few ways to figure this out if you cannot use a calculator. I had my students memorize the perfect squares from 1 to 15, then 20, 25, etc.

One way is to take an educated guess. It would have to end in a 5 because 625 does, so guess 15 or 25 and see what works. The answer is 25.
