Where can I find a game like Sims on line that I don't have to pay for?

I don't want to have the purchase the game or have to pay any monthly/yearly fee. I only want to download it if it is free. It doesn't matter if I'm building a city, motel, mall, school, etc. as long as I am building something. I want the graphics to be nice.
