so that whenever people login to my router, they have to see the disclaimer or welcoming page and press "agree" in order to use internet. Please help.

FIrst , no one should be logging in to your router that isn't necessary to get to the internet. If your router supports message of the day then when someone does log in that will be the first thing they see. Secure your router and don't worry about it.

I agree. If an outside person gains access to any message then they have already gotten too far into your system.

Your router/firewall should be invisible to the internet. It shouldn't allow connections to it unless remote administration is enabled which is generally a bad idea. When someone scans your router, and trust me its already happened, nothing should show up.

I would have someone knowledgeable to inspect your firewall to make sure that nothing like remote administration is enabled, otherwise a compentent cracker could do some nasty things that would probably result in you losing your connnection to the internet.

Your thinking of an acceptance policy that some internet cafe's and hotels push out to users before they connect. Usuallyt hat is only on enterprise level equipment not retail end user equipment.
