Around 35 weeks. Depending on when your next scheduled visit is. Mine were done at 36 weeks with baby #1 and at 37 weeks with baby #2

I believe they do that at your first appt. I remember with my son they did a pap or well, something similar and found out I had it and had to have antibiotics with my son during labor. That's the only time during my two pregnancies that they did an internal exam like that except for checking for dilation twords the end of the pregnancy. I could be mistaken but I think it's pretty much the first or second appt you go to.
