actually.. larger species of birds are very intelligent.. the amazon blue front is capable of understand the meaning of 5,000 words with its 60-75 years life. I've heard they are more intelligent then we are. what i mean by that is.. what they are capable of understanding is creater then a humans.

the dolphin is under us.

the human race can make/speak 33 different distinct sounds.. butting these sounds together in different orders .. make many other sounds (or words) and so on.. creating different languages ..
every other animal can make atleast up to 10.

its not a possibility, its a fact that animals can communicate. they are very intelligent, but not more so than humans, otherwise they would beruling the planet. the thing that separate us from animals is that they live by instinct, we have freewill and consciences.

Yes, there is certainly a possibility. I personally think the platypuses are immensely intelligent.

I think we underestimate the intellegence of animals.

Just because they don't think the way we do, we discount their IQ, but they are smart in their own way.

I think it's very possible. We assume that because they don't use lanugage to comminucate, they aren't as smart as us.
