Yes, you can sell in ebay during the time you want.
You can put on sell several times the same item if you have more units, but ebay will charge you some few fees each time.
If you put on sale one product and it was sold to lower price you paod for it, you are not obligated to sell it ONLY if you put a reserve price, otherwise you have to send the item if the customer pay for it.

There is a second chance offer through eBay in which eBay will waive the seller's fees if you sell the second time around. Otherwise, you can keep listing it on eBay.

Don't entirely understand your question. You can keep relisting items till they sell or not. You can't resell an item that has been already sold simply because you haven't received the price you think you should have gotten, thats fraud.

Yes, its called relisting and there is a link for it when it dosent sell in your my ebay. Also, you can second chance it to the last higher bidder also!

Yes you can and if you use turbo lister II you can just put it right back up because its still recorded there on your computer Just load it back up again. You don't have to retype anything.
