Of course it is! Someone should invent a TV set where you have to run on a treadmill in order for it to work! Plus, we have to stop using the TV as an instant gratification "toy"....even though with so many channels and so few "good" shows, it's a miracle we, as a community, don't demand better for ourselves; In the last 30 years or so we've turned into fat, lazy couch potatoes!
