Anyone have an idea when The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning is coming out to buy on DVD?

It just came out theatrically last week, so look for it probably spring 2007 on dvd. It may hold until October for a Halloween release, but unlikely as the movie itself did fairly well in the opening weekend, so the studio will want it out fairly quickly to bank on the fans getting it right away.
