Of course. In my town we have many Mardi Gras parades and such all of which are completely acceptable and fun for children. If anyone did something lewd here and were caught they would be arrested. New Orleans is a completely different story. Mardi Gras is the day before Ash Wed. (The beginning of Lent for Catholics).

I think so . Because it is held like in the middle of town to the public, so its easy asset to it. I remember Jay-Z video(Big Pimping) it was kids at the Mardi Gras.

They have parades during the day to which children and under 18 can come. Otherwise I would keep them out after dark.

It's not a good idea. They might really lose a lot of respect for adults if they do.

who knows. how would anyone find out. I'm sure that kids live in some of those houses so i don't see how it can be helped
