Example if you spend 30% in school, 25% in homework, 20% watching TV, 25% playing.

Then, percentages of
time in school = 30/100 * 360 = 108%
time for homework = 25/100 * 360 = 90%
time watching TV = 20/100 * 360 = 72%
time playing = 25/100 * 360 = 90%

Then, draw a pie chart to reflect the above angle values. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pie_chart if you need help drawing the diagram.

Okay, take the time you are looking at, say, one evening. Figure out how many minutes there are. Then figure out how many minutes you spend on an activity. Do amount on activity / total minutes, i.e. if you have 60 minutes to consider and 5 were spent on the phone, you would do 5/60 which is .08. You multiply by 100% to get 8% of the hour.

I assume you art talking about a 24 hour day:
Percentages are really decimal representations of a whole amount.
Mark off a circle into 24 separate sections using a protractor.
Each of the hours will be represented by
15 Degrees in the circle.
If you spend 1 1/2 hours reading a book,
it will take 1 1/2 divisions of your circle,
or 22.5 degrees.
keep tract of the time you spend doing things and enter them in the chart.

Good Luck
