make them both multi headed.....buy two each of stuffed animals that look similar to them and preferably the same approx. size...then make some gerry rigged harnasses so that you can tie them on to their collars...done...easy, peasy, japanesey!

Good luck getting a cat into a costume without losing an eye or other vital body parts that you may need later.

My favorite for a dog is the one that looks like a bun with mustard or ketchup. I guess it depends on what you like. There's tons of ideas.

Nothing. It's degrading to them and hot as hell walking around in one of those tacky sweaty costumes. The pet doesn't like it and neither should you.
