l would do this, everyday.
I said a prayer for you today
And know God must have heard-
I felt the answer in my heart
Although He spoke no word!
I didn't ask for wealth or fame
(I knew you wouldn't mind)-
I asked Him to send you treasures
Of a far more lasting kind!
I asked that He'd be near you
At the start of each new day
To grant you health and blessings
And my friendship to share your way!
I asked for happiness for you
In all things great and small-
But it was for His loving care
I prayed the most of all!

If she has cancer, there's nothing you can do personally to take it away. However, there is much you can do to make your situation better and make your mom feel better as well.
First, I would suggest (if you're religious or believe in god) that you pray every night that she doesn't have cancer and that if she does she'll be cured, that god will be with her on this one, and stand by her in her time of need.
Also, spend more time with your mom. It's best that you spend time with her, sharing memories, and having her laugh so she can spend her moments with her daughter instead of stressing about the cancer.
Be patient. If she starts to seem really mean sometimes, it's only because she's frustrated with the cancer. It can kill peoples moods.
Always be there for her. Instead of panicing and as much as it may hurt, you have to try and stay strong so that you don't make your mom feel any worse...and maybe your positive energy will rub off on her.
God bless you and your family. I hope all is well with your mother.

For one let's hope and pray that your mother doesn't have cancer. If so,there are some surgery's that can remove certain types of cancer. You just need to be there for your mother, unfortunately this all you can do,which will be alot to your mom! The small things we can do for another sometimes is the biggest and the best medicine ever. The most important of all,is prayer,he is the healer of all,for every stripe on his back, there is one for your mother, just like for all of us that has an illness.Claim your mother's healing in the name of Jesus',claim that there be no cancer what so ever in the name of Jesus'Amen! God bless your mother, you and your household.Best to all of you!

Calm down and wait until you find out before going all out crazy as you must feel. I/ve lost several close relatives (grandmother, father, aunt, two brothers ) to cancer and it's rough.. But nothing like it is to them.
Its strange to say this but oftem the patient handles cancer news better than the family.
She need all of the encouragement she can get now, and later even if she doesn't have it. Because the chance will always be there as it is for all of us.
Don't above show pity just love and all the help you can.
She only wants from you foryou to be there and love her.

"May" is a big word when cancer is in the same sentence. You don't know for sure and you are already getting upset. The best thing you can do is be supportive and helpful.

Relax. Hun, cancer is something you've got to take step by step. Don't worry about it until it gets really serious. It could last a long time. If you spend all that time worrying, you're losing time you could be focusing on something else.

just be there for her, allay her fears, her anxieties, go to support groups with her if she decides to go...depending on what type of cancer it is, it might be very debilitating and painful...be there...and make her feel supported
