My favorites are 24 and Prison Break...
And while I never get a chance to watch it I think King of the Hill is highly underrated...

Scrubs. I just started watching it a week or two ago when Tivo recorded it as a "tivo suggestion," and it is hilarious.
Boston Legal is great too (Gotta love Alan Shore).
