Bob Hoskins as Mario. The Super Mario Bros. movie stunk, but Hoskins played the role of Mario well.

since you like to desing your clothes i advise you to choose Cardcapture Sakura, the Sakura caracter has the same color of your eyes and in the anime she always appeares with a new desing of clothes from her friend, but in the other hand you look like a very sexy person so maybe you could be Ichigo the main caracter of Tokyo Mew Mew, or a higschool student, or maybe even a caracter that is a realy beutifull yung virgin that has no ideia of how beutifull she his like in Kaikan Phrase, or Love Cell or Hana ni Nare, good luck with your costume.
