V3 or V3m??

Pros- long battery life, good screen, 5 MB memory (good and bad see cons), thin, all v3's have bluetooth.

V3m pros (Verizon version)- same pros as V3 but has more memory storage, faster web access than EDGE on GSM networks, megapixel camera, better battery than V3

V3 cons- 5mb isn't much anymore, no megapixel camera, no MP3 player

V3m cons- only Verizon carries it, video is same as V3, restrictions on 3rd party software such as OperaMini which is the best thing ever made for cell phones and the main con about both phones...

They're hype there are phones out there that pimpsmack the V3 like a redheaded stepchild. Look at the Nokia N90 and the new phones in the N series and tell me a V3 is still cool i'll just laugh at your denial. The best cellphones come out of Europe right now and you can often buy them for any carrier direct from the maker unlocked.

Not cheap though Nokia has a stainless steel beauty with a scratch proof screen and ringtones composed exclusively for it (8801) it was available originally for 800$ for any GSM network in the world but is now offered by T-Mobile.

Pretty much everyone has a V3 RAZR right now so the novelty has worn off.

Here's my dream phone..

Record movies (phone records hours of video) with a 3.2 megapixel camera and hidefinition screen then edit it with Adobe Premier Elements on the phone itself, Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar lens, connect directly to a TV, Digital music player - supports MP3/AAC/AAC+/eAAC+/WMA with playlists and equalizer, hook up the phone directly to a printer and print your pics or just send it via bluetooth, send pics to any other phone without the picture losing resolution on their phone, holds up to 2 GB of data, Symbian software and Opera Mobile for full internet access just like on your home pc, same battery life as a V3 and best feature WORKS WITH ANY CELL PHONE COMPANY ANYWHERE regardless of what technology they use.

Starting price 700$

i would stay away from the v3 from cingular, the razr tends to be kinda glitchy as well as overpriced even if you can get it for like $49.99. It is nice since it has bluetooth, camera, video, speaker, and is slim but if you are interested in a phone like that i would go with the samsung c417 it is virtually the same phone as the razr only without the video, which isnt a big loss since the v3 only takes 15 second videos. it is just as slim as the razr but smaller in size and is currently free right now at radioshack. if you have your heart set on a v3 though, then i would get the v3i instead, it is the newer version of the razr that adds itunes as well as a memory card slot so you can take longer video (up to an hour) as well as listen to music on your phone (up to 100 songs). $99.99 at radioshack but the v3i only comes in silver right now, and the samsung c417 only comes in black so if color isnt a big deal then i would take these two phones over the v3.

i recognize my Razr v3. It took awhile to get used to the "flatness" at the same time as holding it to communicate on the phone. Mine is black and shows scratches - the exhibit continually looks dirty. those were the cons --- here are the pros; The reception is giant. The menu is basic to apply -- you should use icons or an popular menu. i like the menu with words; my son likes the icons on his. i visit positioned the phone everywhere because of this is length. I in a number of of situations do not opt to carry products in my wallet, notwithstanding the phone is so slender that it doesn't difficulty me in any respect. it is Bluetooth enabled. hopefully you get what you requested for! solid success! satisfied vacation trips!!! (oh - you are able to positioned charms on it too, unlike another phones)
