First of all, "Hispanic" is a word or label that is too broad to summarize all the different nationalities that exist in Latin America. For example a Chilean is very different from a Cuban, as a French is different from a German, being both Europeans.
Che Guevara is larger than life, after his death he has turned into a legend. He is revered and hated, but never forgotten.

He did nothing constructive for the Hispanic culture. He is best known for attempting to spread communism throughout S. America.

He spread communism and tried to foment revolutions, but that isn't too hard to do in South or Central America.
What did he do for the culture? Nothing positive, that's for sure.
