I think you can find the afro at a costume store or something, and for everything else there is WAL-MART and SUPER TARGET.

Party/costume shops

If you can't find a Vote for Pedro shirt, you can get a cheap white T-shirt and red iron-on letters and make it yourself.

try thrift stores, goodwill, salvation army, etc.....most have an abundance of really cool things at huge discounts...a great place to shop for halloween items!
