my best friend thinks that Im ignoring her after we slept together. It was good but it didnt feel right . I felt awkward/guilty after we did IT. Ive known her since we were in kindergarden. How do I tell her that I lover her, but not in THAT way?

From a girl's perspective, I know that I'd be so worried about thinking you're avoiding me that I wouldn't have time to worry about IT. Likely, she'll be so grateful to have you for a friend again that she'll understand how you feel.

you are ignoring her because you don't know how to tell her what you just asked us ... you need to be honest with her and realize that it will hurt her feelings even if she says it doesn't ... sleeping together was a big thing for the both of you ... it could end your frienship ... stop ignoring her and either call her or get together and talk!!

You are pretty much going to just have to tell her. Make sure you do it gently but be direct. If you wait too long she is going to get upset and it may ruin the friendship forever.

Good luck, you'll need it.
