I cannot think of one good reason why he should NOT be impeached.

I can think of no good reason not to impeach him, he took an oath to defend the constitution and is in violation thereof. Whether he thinks it right or not is irrelevant, even the president is subject to the rule of law. Bush is doing the same thing as Nixon, he is trying to invoke the Privilege of Monarchy, that as President anything he does is, by definition, legal. Nixon's wiretaps were illegal, so are Bush's.
To Cheryl E: impeachment is the trial before congress not the removal from office, Clinton, like Andrew Johnson before him, was, in fact, impeached, he just wasn't convicted.

You can't give one responsible, reasonable, and intelligent reason TO impeach him. Your questioning is BS trickery and intolerable.

Hey Cheryl.. the 1st part of your answer is dead on however, you are showing ignorance in regards to the Clinton fiasco. Clinton WAS impeached just not removed from office. Contrary to what the media and these lib whackos have led you to believe, the impeachment WAS an impeachable offense... he was not impeached for screwing around in the White House, he was impeached for perjury when he lied to a grand jury.

i think that the articles of impeachment should be looked at before people shout for Bush's impeachment.. under the law you just can't impeach a president because you don't like him or think he is stupid...that why Clinton wasn't impeached...as stupid as he acted what he did was not an impeachable offense under the law.
