You don't need a special site or program... just use your alt key and number pad on your keyboard (assuming you're not on a laptop)

Hold down alt and type the following numbers:

160 = á

130 = é

161 = í

162 = ó

163 = ú

168 = ¿

173 = ¡

In the Microsoft programs, you can just go to "Insert" then "symbols" and the symbols for spanish letters and punctuation are in there. I also beleive there are key commands, but you coudl go to the "Help" menu to find that out.

I am not sure if you compose in email.... may try typing that in a search, though - "spanish characters" or "spanish letters".

You can do this and other international characters through the Windows international keyboard or various ALT commands. The site http://tlt.psu.edu/suggestions/international/accents/codeint.html explains this.
