should auburn be fined for playing music during intense situations????

they are thinking of fining auburn because they played the first couple of notes of journey (eye of the tiger) on a couple of intense 3rd and fourth down situations. is this right and why?

Journey didn't do "Eye of the Tiger", and no THEY are not getting fined
