Not a whole lot.
Nice people can give mean answers, serious folks can be humorous, etc. Depends on the mood of the answerer.
Sometimes we read too much or too little in an answer.
Even a simple question can be seen the wrong way by others, depending on the wording.

Along with what the last person said you can tell:
Whether someone is nice or a jerk.
Whether they share the same opinions as you.
Whether they have knowledge about what you are asking or just wanting the 2 points.
