i was gettting a drink of water at the drinking foutain and in the corner of my eye i could see the janitor looking up my skirt very suspiciously..... WHAT SHOULD I DO??????????

believe it or not, ur skirt shouldn't b short enough for someone to have to look up ur skirt while drinking @ the water fountain.I'm definetly not saying he was right because he wasn't, but you can't press charges.Tell an adult so you can get in the process of reporting him if it makes you feel uncomfortable.For your safety, stop wearing clothing that would draw such attention.

Tell your teacher or counselor about it and let them know that it made you feel uncomfortable. I dont think you could press charges for someone looking at you in a weird way. But do let someone know how the janitor made you feel.

Sad news: janitors are like that. Seriously. They're ultra-creepy. One of them was flirting with my mother when she came to the school. I mean, they're nice and all, but, uh, yeah. Some of them are a bit on the odd side.
