Courtney died in that virus outbreak, and she was with Jax at that time anyway. Personally, I think he should get back with Sam, but if Elizabeth's preggers with his kid, that will make it really complicated.

I few episode? Robin is with Patrick. Courtney married Jax and had a affair with Nicholas and died She is the mother of his son Spencer. Elizabeth is married to Lucky. Sam sleep with Ric. Ric is married to Alexis and she is Sam's mother. That was just in one episode.
