My doctor told me that whatever you were doing before, you can pretty much continue. Or, if you werent exercising before you got pregnant, you can most definitely start now... very good for you & baby. Try to avoid any exercises that consist of you laying flat on your back and dont work out to hard that you are out of breathe -- swimming is a great exercise while your pregnant.

Yes, you can exercise when pregnant, its really good for you and the baby. Just don't do anything thats going to hurt the two of you, do light workouts, walking, etc

Yes, light exercise is OK unless you are having some pregnancy related problems such as bleeding or have the risk of premature delivery.

As long as your doctor says it's ok then it is. I know that my dr told me not to do anything that would elevate my HR above 140 BPM. I would suggest light exercise like walking, yoga...stuff like that.

Swimming is ideal as there is no weight problem, you exercise the vast majority of your muscles and it is relatively gentle....

exercise is actually healthy for you. obviously nothing too strenuous, but u seem to have the idea! congrats. walking is great and low impact aerobics. as long as you're low risk and have a normal pregnancy, GO FOR IT! congrats!
