Usually it's either 2 or 3 movies. There's a nice kid-friendly flick first, and then it gets more adult-orientated with action/romance/comedy not suited for kids.

Anything over 3 is just wrong. Each movie lasts 2-3 hours, so 2-3 movies is just about right.

Although I don't know of many drive-ins that are open in the fall/winter...

Here you can see two, then a repeat of the first movie shown. Or you can move to a different screen and see a third movie.

One movie per screen. The theater here where I live has 3 movies and 3 screens so there's a variety for everyone.

Usually they show 2. That is, you pay one price yet can see two movies. Sometimes they play the first movie again after they play the second movie.

Oh Drive-in's....wish there were more....depends on where you live; sometimes it'll be a 3-4 movie deal...usually "B" movies that are so bad they make you laugh!

well here in fl. they have a 17 screen theater and if u turn ur neck in a dozen directions, u can watch all 17 at the same time.
