ok last pay day our boss was late 3 days but does not say why. I suffered with my bills because of this. Today is we are supposed to get paid but he has been out sick and I really doubt he will be in today. There are 30 minutes left in the day and he has not even called to say he will be coming in late. But he had a meeting yesterday and was able to make that. I feel pissed off and I am thinking of leaving for that one reason. This is going to be the third time he lets everybody down. What would you do?

When a boss fails to pay the employees on time, that is the beginning of problems in a business. This is a red flag and you should start exploring your options. There is nothing wrong with taking care of yourself when finances are concerned.

Find another job. You are going to lose out one day because he won't pay you at all. I would be willing to bet he doesn't deposit the taxes he takes out of your pay. Sounds like a company going under.

Wait 4 the cheque, rob the office, burn it to the ground (ensuring no-one is there!! don't want any manslaughter/murder investigations), get a new job.

next question please
