This is a rather complex question, but I'll take a crack at it. First and foremost, and as I am more than sure you will agree, us "sistas" come with different attitudes and agendas. Whereas there are some Black women who look for the "bling," there are many others who are just looking for a man (a Black one, in this case) to love. With that said, don't let the stupid stereotypes that you've overheard get to you because it is obvious that they cannot be applied across the entire Black female population.
Secondly, yes, there are those instances where you have Black men that, once again, stereotype particular races and believe that if they align themselves with someone of a particular race, the grass will be greener on the other side.I know this may be hard for you--probably because it seems like it occurs quite often--but this is not something that happens across the board. (In other words, sometimes they leave us because of their stupid beliefs and sometimes they just want to move around.) I obviously do not know if your last three breakups where mere coincidences, but I do know that you should not let it deter you from dating other Black men nor should you see yourself as--for lack of a better term--"damaged goods". Just like many of the other dedicated and loving women in this world (of all colors), we Black women are special and deserve the best.

I am married to a caucasian woman but I would have married a Black woman too if I fell in love with one. This issue is not about race but Love. People can not be held accountable for who they love and I do not believe all black men(brothers) favor white women. People date and marry who they like and unlike many things in life LOVE cannot be legislated. It just is so. Internal reflection and change may bring you your true love or you can get bitter and resentful but the results and outcome may not be to your best interest.

Again, I didn't know people were still dating Black men. Does the word AIDS mean anything to you? How about coroner? Again, ring a bell?

How could you resist a nice pale skin? You can eat off of it, let alone eat it! It's a total visual thing. Trust me!
