Green Lantern- Depends on which version (seeing how there's been a bunch of GL's). Nathan Fillion as Hal Jordan, Wes Bentley as Kyle Rayner, Taye Diggs as John Stewart, Chris Evans as Guy Gardner
The Flash- Ryan Reynolds actually fits really well. He's the frontrunner for the current movie.
Cyborg- Lee Thompson Young played him in Smallville, and looks the part. He was a star athlete before an accident forced him to be grafted to cybernetic parts to survive, and Lee fits perfectly.
Wonder Woman- My personal favorite casting choice is Morena Baccarin of Firefly/Serenity. Look her up on wikipedia and tell me she's not Wonder Woman.
Carnage- You need a little squirrely guy. Will Friedle, formerly of Boy Meets World, and a popular voice actor could pull it off.
The Kingpin- I wouldn't pick Gandolfini (Tony Soprano). You need a big guy that's not fat and has some acting chops.... I don't know. Michael Clarke Duncan didn't do bad in Daredevil. The movie was just bad.

Carnage= Robert Knepper(T-Bag in Prison Break)
Kingpin= Michael Clarke Duncan: say what you will about Daredevil, but he was a decent Kingpin, barring that, ex pro wrestler King Kong Bundy has the look, but i dont think he has the voice
