I think Penelope Cruz sucks - but they are giving her latest movie rave reviews, so I could be wrong. J-Lo also is pretty bad.
Worst singer is, of course, Paris. Stars are deaf.
As for male actors, I think Ben Affleck is over rated. (that is also partly due to his movies he did with J-Lo)

Worst singer- Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Ashley Simpson and Jessica Simpson
Worst Actress- Jessica Simpson if you consider her an actress or Britney spears. Just about anyone who is in music and think that they can act. There are a few exceptions.
